??A PERSONAL MESSAGE FROM THE PREMIER
On behalf of the Government of Ontario, I am delighted to extend warm greetings to everyone celebrating Thai Pongal, Tamil Harvest Festival.
In Tamil communities across Ontario and throughout the world, this is a time of great joy, a chance to reconnect with family and to join friends and the community to give thanks for blessings received.
This and other customs and values of the Tamil community have enriched our unique multicultural landscape, strengthened our links with the global community ??? and continue to help us build a society that is diverse yet harmonious.
I offer my very best wishes for a joyous celebration ??? and for good health, happiness and prosperity in the year ahead.
